11.45am – 12.10pm : Getting Real For Confident Birthing
Getting real for confident birthing requires first, getting savvy about the birth culture and your birth choices. Choices about your care-givers, birth companions and birth place. Then I want to inspire you to embrace the intensity of the functional physiological pain of birthing, because once you’ve made wise choices to support your capacity for birthing, you definitely need to get real about pain.
