Birth can be a hugely transformative and heart-opening experience. Your exquisite female body is designed to birth your baby as aeons of mothers have done before you. It releases oxytocin, endorphins and other feel-good hormones for labour and birth to progress efficiently.

Oxytocin is the hormone of love and bonding and is also responsible for effective contractions. It will flow most copiously in labour if you feel safe, cared for and in tune with your body, including your pleasure.

This workshop will be a gentle exploration of how you can access pleasure on all levels of your being to promote a more efficient labour and birth. The facilitators will share some simple processes and other ideas for you to incorporate into your pregnancy, birth and early parenting days to boost your levels of oxytocin.
